Yes, and most BrilliantPad Mini owners do exactly that. It's not either/or. Mini handles the indoors (overnight, when you're in back-to-back Zooms, when it's 28°F and raining). How long does a roll last? How often do I reorder?

Each Mini roll supports 21 full advances equivalent to 50 regular pads. If you advance fully once a day, the roll lasts 3 weeks; twice a day, the roll lasts 10 days; three times a day, the roll lasts a week. The app tells you when you're running low. Rolls are as little as $12 each on subscription in large pack sizes.
